Unplugging the TPS only makes the CDI run its default mapping. I’ve never known anyone who could tell the difference. Unplugging the power jet solenoid only affects operation above 8500 rpm’s.

I could not find any info about the carb on a 150. Do you want to take a $400+ chance. 150s can be very finicky when it comes to jetting but not impossible. Your bike has the 36mm keihin, an excellent carb.
