WebF45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. The F stands for Functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared toward everyday movement. The number 45 refers to the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun. WebBarre classes use workout techniques inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Class will begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of core, thigh, and glute exercises. A ballet barre/chair is used to help sculpt and tone different muscle groups and for flexibility training.
