The core clock changes between 400-850MHz depending on load. WebMar 1, 2016 · My GPU Core clock is always running at max. When I'm not running any programs other than a hardware monitor and I only have a single screen my GPU load is 0% but Clock is 1188MHz (which is the max). Its an ASUS R7 260x DirectCU II OC edition so I believe its been overclocked by the manufacturer.
