WebThe NSW Fitness Industry Code of Practice was developed in co-operation with the NSW Office for Fair Trading and NSW Sport and Recreation and came into force in 2006. It is a voluntary code administered by Fitness Australia and all businesses and exercise professionals are subject to the Code.
