WebNov 19, 2015 · Health steal is always preferred for scythes because it has an exploit where executions will give you full health (it should also give you the most health recovery from normal attacks, and it's instantaneous unlike the per kill and per crit health orbs).

It only has 10% Health Steal and 5% Wrath Steal but it does way more damage the Axe of Rending.
