WebJun 18, 2024 · Support the shoe carefully on a flat hard surface to lightly hammer. Don't hammer too hard or you'll weaken the glue. I appreciate the advice! I'm not really sure how a hammer would help here though - the issue is I don't feel like there's support under my arch not that it's too high.
